How much does it usually cost?
Base price for one action: 196,79 EUR excluding VAT (represents approximately 2 hours of professional work).
We are not VAT payers. All charged actions are consulted in advance and performed only with your consent.
Annual management: 630,00 EUR excluding VAT includes:
Regular monitoring in relevant registers (SR, EU)
Assessing potential similarity or resemblance of newly registered trademarks or designs
Taking on the role of representative of the holder/owner towards relevant authorities (IP Office SR, EUIPO, customs authorities)
Consultation/proposal of procedure in case of infringement/threat
